A LITTLE SNOW SHOEING

It was absolutely beautiful up at Suttle Lake with all the snow.
Can you spy Georgia? She is in the pink bunny suite underneath Ryan's vest.

Tree Hunting

HELLO December
Once we got back from our road trip, we had to get busy and decorate for Christmas. We headed out with our Neighbors Dustin and Ray and found us a tree. It was a little windy and lots of snow. Not the blue bird day we were hoping for, but it worked.

It was too windy for Georgia to go and hunt up our tree with us so she cheered us on in the truck.

Kezki was in dog heaven with all the snow!

On our way back we stopped at my parents place again and saw my sister one more time with her new family.

After our visit in Georgia, we started to head back west slowly. We made a couple of more stops along the way and finally arrived back at home on December 6th. We left November 7th, I think. Sometime around there. It was all worth it. What a blast! We we were ready to do it again, but gg had a doctors appointment to make.

At her two month check up Georgia weighed 10lbs and 4 oz and was 23 inches long.

Oh ya Kezki also meet a new friend along the way while we were in Springfield, IL. Ryan's cousin Jack had an 8 week old Chesapeake puppy named Roxi. She was a cutie.

She enjoyed climbing on Ryan.

GEORGIA's happy face after a big Thanksgiving meal!

The road trip continues .............

Alrightty the last time I left the blog we were still in Indiana. Fun times we had there and lots of people to visit. From here we headed south to Nashville, TN to visit some more grandparents. Mimi and Naddy.

BYE BYE NAHSVILLE! Hello GEORGIA! Little gg spent her first Thanksgiving in a state named after her. He he well sort of. And here we visited my older sister, Janet, Richard, Will and Elizabeth. My other older sister, Chrissy, also flew down from Maryland with her new baby boy Tripp to celebrate the holiday. It was so nice to have us all together. Will and Elizabeth were the best little baby helpers ever. They even loved to change diapers and wanted to hold them all the time.

We also visited my Nanny. She was so excited to see the kids and the babies. She loves them babies. It was nice that she was able to see the great grand kids.

The next stop on our journey heading east was Boulder, Colorado to visit some of Ryan's old friends from his youthful years in Illinois. The Avery's, who own and operate Avery Brewing Company. Great beer. We recommend trying their beer called The Reverend.
What a beautiful place.

Then we made the long drive from Boulder to Kansas City. Whew! Kansas is a flat state and boring!!!!! Can't go too fast through the state or you are sure to get a ticket. From there we heading to Alton, IL to visit Ryan's long time friend from elementary. Todd and Debbie and their two wonderful kids, Katie and Brendan. Cute! Myself and little G had the privilege of riding in a combine for the first time. Todd's dad is a farmer and we arrived just in time to help harvest some corn. It was interesting to see how the machine worked it's magic to strip the corn from the stalk and then peel off the kernals to store in the back.

Did I mention that we took our pets as well on our glorious road trip! Yes they are great travelers. Griz is an amazing cat. While in Alton we stopped by Todd and Debbie's property by a man made lake they created to enjoy their love of water sking. Kez loves the water! Check out his leap of joy into the water to catch his stick.

From Alton, IL we headed up to see Ryan's mom side of the family in Springfield, IL. Great Grandma Donna, Uncle Grey and Aunt Cindy and all his cousins. It was a blast! Georgia greeted them with open arms(well not literally, but she loves seeing new faces). She is quite the social butterfly.

Georgia was quite worn out after all that visiting. Whew I give up!

Bye Bye Great Grandmas house. Hello Grandpa Dave in Indianapolis, Indiana. Here we visited with Unkie Kris, Great Aunt Bette and Uncle Bill. We were also fortunate to visit with some other friends as well. Rena and Herman and Gabi and their son Jackson.

While at Grandpa Dave's we decided to play a little game called Chubby Bunny and if you have not had the pleasure of playing watch below as Ryan demonstrates the technique.

CHUBBY BUNNY!

THE ROAD TRIP OF ALL TIME FOR THE KOCH FAMILY

Gees where do we start! It was an awesome ride for us all. And to top it off Miss GA was a wonderful baby on our road trip back east. What an adventure.
Our first stop was in eastern Idaho at Grandpa and Nana Highnote's place at the farm.
The picture on the top is the view from my parents place. The tetons are amazing.
